  • Paid using offline modes
  • Don’t remind me this month
  • No longer my service provider
  • I do not recognize this service provider

If the last two reasons are chosen by your customer, the information will be automatically rectified and reflected in your customer data.

Moreover, your customers can opt to discontinue SMS notifications. They can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an invoice email communication to opt out of email notifications sent through Swipez.
