With Swipez, you can create invoices for
individual customers or generate them in bulk.
Just upload billing data into Swipez along with
the customers Email Id and mobile number.
Swipez will generate the invoices and send it to
your entire customer base.

Swipez also allows you to create custom
auto-generated invoice numbers as per your
business requirement. For ex. ST/MUM/FEB/1124
the number portion of this invoice number is
auto-incremented by Swipez.

You can setup taxes as per your business scenario within
Swipez invoicing. Swipez system allow you to configure
Service Tax, GST and any other taxes applicable to your
business. Moreover, Swipez gives you the option to
enable TDS (deductions) for your B2B payments.

You can payment enable your invoices. This means your
customers can pay the invoice online by using any
financial instrument such as credit cards, debit card, net
banking, wallets or other payment instruments.

Payments made by your customers will be credited
directly to the bank account of your choice.

Not all customers pay online. It is difficult to manage
two ledgers to track thee payments. Swipez allows you
to settle invoice paid either offline or online via a
central dashboard.

With Swipez you can set automated payment reminders
against unpaid invoices at preset frequencies. Only
customers who haven't paid their dues will receive a
reminder via Email and SMS.

the feature to carry forward unpaid dues with late payment fees.

Invoices generated with a specific expiry date, become
automatically inactive after the expiry date has passed.

Swipez APIs allow you to sync your existing accounting tool data
with Swipez invoicing. This means merchants can create billing
reports in their existing accounting tool and push this data to
Swipez. Our system will then convert this data into invoices and
send these invoices out to customers along with a payment request link
on both Email and SMS.
