Please read the
following terms & conditions carefully
- It is recommended you book your tickets for
the Reunion (25th and/or 26th December) well in advance to avoid being
waitlisted.
- Online Registrations will close on 24th December, 2022 at midnight.
- Each ticket
permits the holder access to the school campus and the contributory HPS
Lunch/Dinner as on the day.
- Alumni attending the Reunion with family
members must purchase separate tickets and provide
appropriate details.
- Alumni purchasing tickets for other alumni,
kindly mention correct details on the Attendee list and forward the ticket
to them.
Registration and Check-in Process
- Upon successful purchase of your Reunion
ticket, you will receive an email with your receipt and an attachment with
the QR Code for entry.
- On the day of the Reunion, kindly proceed to
the Registration Desk and show your QR code to one of the volunteers who
will scan your QR code and mark your presence.
Right of admission
into the campus is under the discretion of the HPS OSA.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets once purchased will not be cancelled or refunded.
You may internally transfer the
ticket to a fellow alumnus and inform HPS OSA of the same so that we may make a
note in our database and avoid any confusion on the days of the reunion.
