Please read the following terms & conditions carefully

It is recommended you book your tickets for the Reunion (25th and/or 26th December) well in advance to avoid being waitlisted.
Online Registrations will close on 23rd December, 2022 at midnight.
Each ticket permits the holder access to the school campus and the contributory HPS Lunch/Dinner as on the day.
Alumni attending the Reunion with family members must purchase separate tickets and provide appropriate details. Everyone must have a different QR code.
Alumni purchasing tickets for other alumni, kindly mention correct details on the Attendee list and forward the ticket to them.

Registration and Check-in Process

Upon successful purchase of your Reunion ticket, you will receive an email with your receipt and an attachment with the QR Code for entry.
On the day of the Reunion, kindly proceed to the Registration Desk and show your QR code to one of the volunteers who will scan your QR code and mark your presence.

Right of admission into the campus is under the discretion of the HPS OSA.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets once purchased will not be cancelled or refunded.

You may internally transfer the ticket to a fellow alumnus and inform HPS OSA of the same so that we may make a note in our database and avoid any confusion on the days of the reunion.

Challenge your fellow alumni, opponent houses to a game of football, cricket, tennis, basketball or get on the track to sprint. Follow this with a delectable HPS lunch with all your favourites. School tours will go on every hour. Details will be shared soon.

Gates open at 7:30am. All Sports will be open for play.

8:00AM - Alumni 5K Run will start from Basalath Jah Stadium (Backfield). Please be present at the venue by 7:45 AM.

Silver Jubilee Celebrations for the Class of 1997.

The Class of 1997 are celebrating their Silver Jubilee year in 2022. The following matches are being organized. All alumni are encouraged to participate.

9:00AM - Cricket Match in Basalath Jah Stadium: Class of 1997 vs Other Alumni

10:00AM - Football Match in Football Ground (near Backfield): Class of 1997 vs Other Alumni

Campus Tours

Guided Campus Tours will be arranged for alumni to relive school times, explore the many upgrades and facilities at school. Tours will start from the New Dining Hall (beside Hospital) from 10:30AM, 11:30AM and 2:30PM.
