1. Please carry the printout of this ticket E-Ticket along with photo ID proof (Driving License / Adhara Card / Passport) and exchange it for a valid ticket(s) at our park.
 2. In the case of Credit / Debit Card payments, it is also MANDATORY to carry the same from which booking was made in original along with a photo-copy.
 3. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded.
 4. Sr. Citizens need to carry valid age proof photo ID card to avail the benefit.
 5. No two promotions/offers can be clubbed or combined.
 6. No refunds on the purchased ticket is possible. even in case of any rescheduling.
 7. Security Note: All bags, backpacks & personal items will be inspected prior to entering the park.
 8. Picnic lunches, large duffel bags, Suitcases, Coolers, bags with wheels, weapons, strictly not allowed within premises.
 9. Outside Food & Beverages, Alcohol, illegal drug, strictly not allowed in the park
10. Nylon or Lycra swimwear is mandatory for Wonder World. Cotton clothes are not advisable. Swimwear is also available on rent and for purchase at Wonder World.
11. The management shall not owe any responsibility for lost valuables, mishap or any other damages.
12. By using the website to book tickets, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
