With students ranging from professional golfers to enthusiastic juniors, Aditya is the driving force behind the First Tee Academy learning and improvement programs. Parag Sathaye is an ex-IT industry geeks and sports crazy blokes who has been bitten by the golf bug. Most recently worked as senior technology manager for Barclays in India and played similar roles for Cap Gemini prior to that.
