Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has been initiated and is in the possession of our shipping partner.
· No cancellations are entertained for custom designed orders and products.
At Nektar Export , your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Each of our offerings has been chosen with care to meet our highest standards and this tradition has assured us a loyal customer base since our inception. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to The Carpet in the same condition in which it was received, and we will gladly exchange the same as per your requirement. How to Return Merchandise
· Items may be exchanged within 7-14 days upon delivery for a full exchange of the purchase price. In case of a problem or issue, we welcome your feedback and will work on improving the highlighted problem. Once your order has been verified, we shall provide you with a return number to be used on your return shipment. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the return shipment and incur the cost of such a shipment.
· Items returned within this time period will be exchanged for the full value
· For gifts that are returned, we can issue a store credit only, or exchange the item within 7-14 days of purchase in the exact same condition as purchased.
