The different GST rates applicable of different goods and services are-
  • SGST, State GST rate levied by the state government.

To calculate the GST on a base amount,
    1. Add all the GST rates applicable on the item of sale.
    2. GST Amount = ( Original Cost * GST% ) / 100
    3. Net Price = Original Cost + GST Amount

To remove GSt from base amount
    1. GST Amount = Original Cost – [Original Cost * {100 / (100 + GST% ) }]
    2. Net Price = Original Cost – GST Amount
GST inclusive amount refers to the total cost of a product after including the GST amount to the original value. The tax is not added to the customer's bill separately.
