Yes. You can use you a domain name that you own. We also provide you microsite within Swipez with its unique URL that you can use, in case you don’t have your own domain.
Yes. If you feel that Swipez isn’t best suited for your business, simply cancel your account. We will process the refund and charge you pro rata only for the number of days you have used it. Your fees.
No. At this moment, we offer only annual plans. However, all plans are cancellable anytime. Your charges will be calculated on a pro rated basis and the balance will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of receiving your cancellation request.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as and when you feel like. If you are signed up to a FREE plan and would like to add any of our components, just write to us at [email protected] If you are on a Standard plan and want to move to the Pay as you Go plan, you can write to us and we will do the needful. We will process your refund prorated for the number of days you use the plan. Its that simple and clear!
